Marketing Strategy

Everyone says marketing strategy,

but what does that mean?

To us, it means we listen.

So many tactics, so many promises. Most of it, you don’t need. You see, we approach marketing with a healthy dose of skepticism. This allows us to hone in on what will really work.

good marketing strategy starts with listening

Effective marketing strategy is detailed and holistic at the same time.

You’ve got to grab people’s attention with the one thing that matters to them. The one thing that’ll move them to act. That’s the detail, the hook. At the same time, you need to view everything holistically. This ensures your brand stays true to your overall ethos.

Holistic & strategic marketing starts here.

So does the excitement.

Discovery & Research

We ask a ton of questions. No stone is left unturned. Understanding who you are, what you do, and what you want is essential. We then look at your customers. Understanding who they are, what they do, and what they want is just as important.

You receive a complete audit of your brand, website, social media, and existing marketing materials. Sometimes this also includes interviewing your customers through face-to-face conversations and surveys.

Your Plan

Your plan starts with a full report of our findings. This data drives our recommendations. Together, we set priorities, timelines, and budgets for implementation. This is also when we determine Key Performance Indicators {KPIs). Defining success metrics guides how we adjust along the way.

Production &

Execution

We get to work. If we’re building a website, your plan may include headlines and copy, photography, graphics, and development. If we’re launching a social media campaign, the plan may include content, graphics, post scheduling, ads, and community engagement. Whatever your project, this is the seriously fun part!

Measurement &

Evaluation

This is crucial. Remember those KPIs? We monitor Key Performance Indicators such as website traffic, clicks, email leads, and phone calls. We then together if what we’re doing is working and adjust if needed. Sometimes we make a few tweaks, and sometimes we shift priorities. And when we’ve found what works, we double down.
